Kieran Morgan has over 20 years of expertise in documentation, program, and operations management. Kieran authored the Technical Writing Process (2015, 1st ed.) and led its latest edition, the Technical Writing Process (2024, 2nd ed.). His experience includes Technical Documentation Project Manager at Cochlear, where his team pioneered an innovative new visual design for its instructional material; Senior Program Manager at the NSW Department of Education, where he managed strategic programs; and Senior Manager Product Operations & Governance at nbn Australia, where he designed governance frameworks and product development processes. Kieran is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
